July Class Schedule

July

It is finally here! I have added a few new classes (yoga bag and mittens! Yay!) and put some others on hold for the time being.

The most exciting addition to the July/August schedule is the arrival of Camp Pintuckaway! We have put together some fun and exciting sessions for kids ages 8-13, so if you or someone you know needs a little break this summer from the kids, send them our way. Space is limited, so don’t hesitate!

As always, you can sign up for these classes at the shop, or by calling us at 603-418-7157. Read more…

June Class Schedule

IMG_2363Here it is — our first class schedule that start this June. Woohoo! We have some exciting things to offer and have more things in the pipeline as we move forward. We are also in the process of redoing our website which will have a much better calendar function, but since I wanted to get this out as soon as possible, here is what we have with descriptions below. The first class, Knitting 101, starts the June 4th so we are pushing hard to get the shop open by the 2nd! It is only a few weeks away… Read more…

Welcome aboard, Caitlin!

Woohoo! I am beyond excited to announce the addition of Caitlin Delaney, owner of Plan C Knits, as our new knitting instructor. If you can’t wait for classes to start, or want something uniquely done by Caitlin herself, pop over to her shop and pick up some of her exclusive hand-knitted items. She has a great sense of style and amazing energy, she will be a perfect addition to the growing team here at Pintuck & Purl. I can’t wait for her to start! Read more…

Yarn Bombing!

DSC_0033This is what our downtown looked like this past weekend. The whole historic downtown area of Exeter was covered in brightly colored knitted accessories. Nothing was forsaken—trees, hydrants, walls and even trash cans got some hand-knitted love. It was honestly such a great (and really cool) thing to see. The event was to bring awareness and raise funds for Womenade of Greater Squamscott, which is a nonprofit organization located here in the Seacoast. They help local people in crisis to pay bills, fix cars, buy medications and food through well established reliable channels. Read more…

We finally have found our brick and mortar home! We will be taking over the big red barn at 50 Lincoln Street right next to the Exeter Handkerchief Co in historical Exeter, New Hampshire! This location is the one I have been after since I first started dreaming up the idea of this store years ago. If all goes according to plan, we will take over this space May 1st and hopefully (fingers crossed!) that we will be open by the end of the month or the beginning of June. Read more…
