Quilting 201: Fly By Quilt—Part 2

Ready for your next quilting adventure? Learn the new techniques of creating half-square triangles, squaring up blocks, matching points, and also working on your basic quilting skills of accurate cutting and seaming. In this class we will be sewing and piecing just the top of this fresh and modern quilt by Initial K Studio. Knowledge of rotary cutting and ruler skills is a must. Finished size: 58″ x 72″
Basic quilting experience necessary.
Skill level: beginner; must have taken Machine Basics, Quilting Skills, and one other quilting class or equivalent experience
Supplies You Bring to Class: pattern, 6 1/2″ square ruler, thread, three different fabrics: Fabric A=1/2 yard, Fabric B=1 1/4 yard, and Fabric C=2 1/4 yards
Six hours total—class meets 2/16 + 3/2
